1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") apply to all users of the ku8 online gaming platform accessible at https://ku8.bio and any associated sub-domains, mobile web applications, or Progressive Web App installations (collectively, the "Platform").

1.2 By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any promotion offered by ku8, you unconditionally accept these Terms and agree to be legally bound by them in full.

1.3 ku8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account at least seven (7) calendar days before taking effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

1.4 These Terms are written in English and are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version of these Terms (if any translation is provided), the English version shall prevail.

1.5 If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a third party or using another person's payment method, you represent and warrant that you have that party's express written consent to do so and that by doing so, you bind that party to these Terms.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

The ku8 Platform is intended exclusively for adults. You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to register an account or use any service on the Platform. ku8 employs age verification procedures during registration and reserves the right to require documentary proof of age at any time. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be suspended immediately, all winnings will be voided, and any deposited funds will be returned to the original payment source after deducting any costs incurred in the verification process.

2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

The ku8 Platform is directed at adult players residing in Bangladesh. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction. ku8 makes no representation that access to or use of the Platform is lawful in any jurisdiction outside Bangladesh.

2.3 Registration Requirements

To register an account you must provide, at a minimum:

• A valid Bangladeshi mobile number capable of receiving SMS messages;
• A unique password meeting ku8's minimum security requirements;
• Your date of birth confirming you are aged 18 or above;
• Confirmation that you have read and agree to these Terms and ku8's Privacy Policy.

2.4 Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information at registration and to update your account details promptly if they change. ku8 is not liable for any loss arising from inaccurate or outdated account information supplied by you. Providing false information, including a false date of birth, is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.

2. 5 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the ku8 Platform at any time. Where ku8 identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual — whether by name, device fingerprint, IP address, payment method, or any combination thereof — ku8 reserves the right to close duplicate accounts, void any bonuses claimed across those accounts, and withhold pending withdrawals pending a full investigation. 2.6 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

ku8 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before a withdrawal is processed or at any time at ku8's reasonable discretion:

• A government-issued photo identification document (National ID Card, Passport, or Birth Certificate);
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of bKash or Nagad account showing your registered mobile number);
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or other official document dated within three months).

Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is completed.

3. Account Obligations

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person or allow any other person to access or use your account. ku8 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

3.2 Reporting Unauthorised Access

If you become aware or reasonably suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ku8 support immediately at [email protected]. ku8 will investigate the report and may suspend account access pending the outcome of that investigation.

3.3 Account Inactivity

An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wager activity has been recorded for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. ku8 reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee of ৳100 per calendar month to inactive accounts once the inactivity threshold has been reached, deducted from any remaining balance. You will be notified by SMS or email before any inactivity fee is applied. Accounts with a zero balance that remain inactive for twenty-four (24) months may be closed at ku8's discretion.

3.4 Account Closure by Player

You may request closure of your ku8 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Before closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedures set out in Section 4. ku8 will action account closure requests within five (5) business days of receiving a valid request. Note that self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming tools described in Section 7 is handled separately from a permanent account closure request.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ku8 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. ku8 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at its discretion with reasonable advance notice to players.

4.2 Deposit Terms

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to someone other than the registered ku8 account holder — are strictly prohibited. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. Deposits are credited to your BDT gaming account in real time, subject to confirmation from the relevant payment provider. ku8 does not charge a fee on deposits, but your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals will be processed only to a payment method previously used to fund your ku8 account and registered in your name. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification as described in Section 2.6. Standard withdrawal processing time is one (1) to three (3) business days, measured from the time ku8 approves the withdrawal request. ku8 targets same-day processing for bKash and Nagad withdrawal requests submitted before 22:00 Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) on a business day, subject to payment provider availability.

4.4 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds

Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the relevant bonus offer. Bonus-derived winnings cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.

4.5 Currency

All transactions on the ku8 Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ku8 does not support multi-currency accounts. No currency conversion is required or applied for players depositing in BDT via local payment methods.

4.6 Suspicious Transactions

ku8 reserves the right to suspend, reverse, or investigate any deposit or withdrawal transaction that it reasonably suspects to be connected with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct. ku8 will cooperate fully with any lawful investigation by relevant authorities in such circumstances.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

ku8 may offer welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be published on the Platform at the time the promotion is active. In the event of any conflict between the specific terms of a promotion and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless the specific promotion states otherwise, all bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any withdrawal can be made. The wagering requirement, minimum odds restrictions (where applicable), game contribution percentages, and expiry period will be stated clearly in the applicable promotion terms. Players are strongly encouraged to read all bonus terms before opting in to any promotion.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

ku8 operates a zero-tolerance policy on bonus abuse. Actions constituting bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once; using automated betting strategies specifically designed to exploit bonus terms with a mathematical guarantee of profit (also known as "bonus hunting" or "bonus arbitrage"); and coordinating with other players to place opposing bets to guarantee a bonus-derived profit. ku8 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and close accounts where bonus abuse is identified.

5.4 Promotion Availability

Promotions are available to eligible registered players only, subject to applicable eligibility criteria stated in each offer. ku8 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any promotional terms already accepted in good faith by a player will be honoured in respect of bets already placed under that promotion.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ku8 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC verification;
• Registering or using an account if you are under 18 years of age;
• Using the Platform in any jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law;
• Attempting to access or use another player's account without authorisation;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or gain any unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including in live poker or live casino formats;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring of deposits to evade transaction reporting, or use of the Platform to process funds derived from unlawful activity;
• Attempting to exploit any technical bug, error, or vulnerability in the Platform software to generate winnings that would not otherwise be payable under normal game conditions;
• Making chargebacks or reversals on deposits after the funds have been wagered, whether in whole or in part;
• Any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward ku8 staff or other players via any communication channel.

ku8 reserves the right to determine, at its sole and reasonable discretion, whether a player's conduct falls within the prohibited categories described above, and to take the appropriate action as described in these Terms.

7. Responsible Gaming

7.1 Commitment to Player Safety

ku8 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to providing tools that help players maintain control over their gaming activity. The Platform is intended to provide entertainment to adults. 7.2 Available Responsible Gaming Tools

The following tools are available to all registered players from the account settings panel, at no cost, and take effect immediately upon activation:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on the total amount you can deposit. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 72-hour review period.

8. Limitation of Liability

Planned and unplanned maintenance, third-party network outages, payment provider downtime, and other factors outside ku8's direct control may result in temporary unavailability. ku8 will make reasonable efforts to notify players of planned maintenance in advance.

8.2 Technical Errors

In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to a game malfunction, incorrect odds display, incorrect bonus credit, or a technical fault that results in a clearly aberrant outcome — ku8 reserves the right to void the affected bets or transactions and restore account balances to their state prior to the error. ku8 is not liable to pay out winnings that arise solely as a result of a manifest error.

8.3 Scope of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ku8's aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. ku8 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive loss or damage, including loss of profits, loss of data, or reputational harm, howsoever caused.

8.4 Player Responsibility

You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose money. You agree that you are participating in gaming activity on the ku8 Platform of your own free will and at your own financial risk. ku8 is not responsible for any financial loss you suffer as a result of gaming activity on the Platform, provided that the Platform has operated in accordance with these Terms.

8.5 Intellectual Property

All content on the ku8 Platform, including but not limited to graphics, logos, software, game interfaces, and written content, is the intellectual property of ku8 or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without ku8's express written consent.

8.6 Governing Terms

These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and ku8 in relation to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings relating to the subject matter herein. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
